Want to Join Our Lab but Unsure about How to do it?

It can be intimidating contacting a lab you are interested in joining!  Check out this great article by Científico Latino about how to format your email!

why should you join our lab?

One of the benefits of working with me as a new faculty member is that we will be building the Sullivan Lab from scratch.  This means I am really open to lots of new and interesting ideas, and would love to help you develop them.  If you are interested in plant population/community ecology, restoration ecology, movement ecology, or related ideas (both empirical and theoretical), please contact me.

What's it like to be in our lab?

Want to know what to expect when joining the lab?  Check out our lab expectations here.  This should help you get an idea of what I expect of you and in turn what you can expect from me.  Also, it gives an idea of what our lab culture is like.

Also, here's a video made by Dani Gafford, one of our undergrads about what it's like to be in our lab!  This is also helpful!
